Membership Terms and Conditions
Membership Benefits:
Each Monthly Membership entitles the registered vehicle to unlimited washes each month. The membership cannot be utilized for any vehicle other than the one registered under the membership at the time of purchase. Members may transfer the membership to a different vehicle a max of one (1) time per calendar year.
Members will also have access to benefits such as members-only access, free use of towels and cleaner, etc.
Any misuse of the membership may result in termination of the membership without refund.
Payment and Billing:
The membership fee will be automatically charged to your provided payment method on or around the anniversary date of your membership each month. It is your responsibility to maintain a valid and sufficiently funded payment method for the duration of your membership.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your membership at any time. All cancellations must be processed either through our online web portal or in-person at one of our locations. We do not accept cancellations by phone or email. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please ensure your cancellation is processed before your next scheduled billing date.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to reasonably modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the membership after these changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
Termination by Us:
We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time if we determine that the membership is being misused, or for any other reason deemed reasonable by our management.
